These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and x30bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the x30bet website located at x30bet.net and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of x30bet services, you must register a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and mobile number.

Each individual may hold only one account on x30bet. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

x30bet applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. We may request documentary evidence of identity (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. x30bet will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.

x30bet processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made on the Platform:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency methods. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your x30bet account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) a minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in your account; and (d) confirmation that the withdrawal is being made to a payment method registered in your own name. x30bet does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

Processing Times: x30bet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. In some cases, additional verification checks may extend this period. x30bet will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Currency & Fees: x30bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which x30bet accepts no responsibility.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on x30bet. Specific rules for individual sports, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and football markets, are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

1. All bets are final once confirmed by x30bet. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, stakes, and odds before confirming any wager.
2. x30bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from manifest errors, system failures, or data feed interruptions. Where odds are voided, stakes will be returned to the user's account balance.
3. x30bet may limit the maximum stake or winnings on any market at its absolute discretion. Users will be informed of applicable limits prior to placing a bet wherever technically possible.
4. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and changes without notice in response to live match developments. x30bet accepts no responsibility for connection issues that prevent timely in-play bet placement.
5. Bets accepted in error — including where a market has already been determined at the time of acceptance — will be voided and stakes returned.
6. Suspected match-fixing or arbitrage betting activity will result in immediate account suspension and notification to relevant authorities where appropriate.

All casino games available on x30bet — including video slots, live dealer games, table games, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology.

x30bet publishes Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for casino games where required by applicable regulations. Actual results in any individual gaming session may differ materially from published RTP figures due to the inherent randomness of certified gaming systems.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including server disconnection, software error, or power interruption — x30bet's records of game outcomes shall be the authoritative source. x30bet is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

x30bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

1. Bonuses are available only to users who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x30bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of circumventing a suspension or ban.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, using x30bet to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Placing bets in bad faith for the purpose of abusing promotional offers or exploiting bonus terms.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Any conduct that x30bet, acting reasonably, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

x30bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• x30bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A user has failed to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable period.
• A user has requested self-exclusion under the x30bet Responsible Gaming policy.
• Continued provision of services to the user would, in x30bet's reasonable opinion, create regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for the Platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, x30bet will retain any funds in the account during the investigation period. Where closure results from a finding of breach or fraud, x30bet reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. In all other circumstances, account balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method upon completion of any applicable verification process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x30bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss.

x30bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x30bet does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. x30bet will take reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

x30bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services.

x30bet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers where necessary for the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
